A CORONER has released a report warning of the dangers of toxic fumes in plane cabins following an investigation into the death of a British Airways pilot. Sheriff Stanhope Payne, the Senior Coroner for Dorset in the UK, has raised serious concerns for cabin crew and passengers that are regularly exposed to plane fumes, warning of “consequential damage to their health.”It follows the death in December 2012 of British Airways copilot Richard Westgate, 43, who had complained for years of severe headaches, insomnia, vision problems and confusion. He had been convinced he was being poisoned by toxic fumes leaking onto planes and had asked his lawyers to begin legal action against the airline for “breaching health and safety guidelines” before his death. Mr Payne said that examinations of Mr Westgate’s body “disclosed symptoms consistent with exposure to organophosphate compounds in aircraft cabin air”. His report has been sent to British Airways and the (UK) Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) listing five serious matters of concern he believes need to be addressed to prevent future deaths.

The EPA has weighed in on the 'chemtrails' controversy, saying it is 'not aware of any deliberate actions to release chemical or biological agents into the atmosphere.' Still, the theory persists. They’re etched across the sky at high altitude, lines of white, ethereal substance gradually dispersing into wisps and eventually disappearing.Aviation officials call them “contrails” – condensation trails of frozen water vapor that’s part of the exhaust from aircraft engines, harmless byproducts of flight. Others insist that they’re “chemtrails” – chemical or biological agents sprayed from above for secret or even sinister purposes, such as changing the weather or controlling populations. Now, the US Environmental Protection Agency has weighed in on the side of what critics of chemtrail conspiracies call reason and science.

When I was young you never saw planes emit anything.... then jet engines came in and you would see a contrail high in the sky that lasted a few minutes if that, then dissipated..... now we see huge wide trails across the sky that hang in the air for a long time.... if they aren't chemtails and they are definitely not contrails then what are they? POLLUTION from plane fuel?

Don’t be too quick to thank El Niño for the last wave of storms that blessed the West Coast with swamped reservoirs, replenished snowpack, and spectacular flaming palm trees. Turns out that El Niño had a little help—precipitation was increased by an estimated 15 percent thanks to cloud-seeding. According to the Los Angeles Times, LA’s Department of Public Works and North American Weather Consultants cranked up to 10 cloud-seeding machines into action Sunday night as the storm rolled through, which ended up dumping plenty of rain and snow in the region. Seeding clouds is a relatively simple process: Devices either mounted on the ground or installed on planes spray silver iodide into the moist air, which allows the air to form ice particles at warmer temperatures. This accelerates a process called cloud condensation, where water vapor globs onto those particles, making clouds more likely to produce droplets of precipitation.
