That was actually an thought=provoking article. I'm not going to jump on the abductee's techno-slave bandwagon, but I do acknowledge the possibility. She may be the modern version of yesteryears' fanatics spouting what the aliens supposedly said and virtually none of it coming true.

[quote]I was told that it most likely a case of catching the UFO placing in data that could and would be easily transmitted into the línes cables and communication systems found at that location. The question is what type of data where they feeding into our líves? The physicist told me he thought it possible we were being downloaded messages of control or illusion via the wires into our televisions, computers, phones and radios.

The above, however, is compelling. I do believe it is possible that the beings--certain ones--are feeding info into our technology. But is it positive or negative? I, too, have noticed that people are so wrapped up in their gadgets that they can't be communicated with. They run red traffic lights, won't acknowledge you with a hello or a smile when you approach. People are truly wrapped up in their own world. I especially dislike those who carry on phone conversations in public. There is so little peace and quiet to be had these days. It is very disrupting to my spírit to be constantly bombarded by noise and wrong-doing (and I know I am not the only one). I am forced to wear earplugs in order to relax and I stay home to avoid the negative scenery.

For me, the digital transition thingy in America last year, was a positive thing. I have no TV reception so spend less time watching TV. Of course, I stíll use the set to watch movies and I spend an enormous amount of time on the internet (doing positive stuff, mostly), but I do shut down the PC and TV and read a book, review my dream collection or write in my journal. Oh, and study. So, I spend more ME time than I used to.

Truly, I do tire of conspíracy theories. Especially since nothing can be proved one way or the other. :Don't know:
