Man, that was some story. EEK! :scared: How sad and truly scary. This is what bothers me about Guardian Angels and Spiritual Guides: That they don't intercede when the victim is young and obviously not knowledgeable about what is going on and the consequences of following through on s*xual exploitation by spírits. For example, how can a Guardian Spirit allow a incubus or succubus to molest a five year old?

Now, as to Hestia and the extreme trickery that was played out. What the ? Here, is a woman bragging about having such a hígh IQ but doesn't have the common sense to at least pick up a book and inquire about invisible spírits that desire to have s*x with humans. Her story also sends off warning bells in my noodle regarding Spiritual Guides and meditations where people attempt to "communicate" with these Guides. Now, being supposedly so smart, she should have read any number of books about meditation, Angels, and Spiritual Guides/Teachers. Had she done so, at some point she would likely have cóme across a warning--I certainly have--that IF a Spiritual Guide suggests anything unbecoming or harmful, then the Spirit is NOT a Guide but a negative spírit. Anyone who knows anything about Guides (and Angels) knows that they would never cross that líne.

She opened the door to these spírits, I suspect, by using the dowsing rod. For years, in the back of my mind, I have had suspicions regarding other forms of Spirit Communication OTHER THAN the Ouija board. These methods include automatic writing and use of a pendulum (which I have tried).

Hestia was very fortunate that she wasn't out and out brutally raped and beaten as some have experienced which is truly terrifying. She wíllingly went along--her greatest downfall--thus opening the door and letting them in not once but twice...maybe more. I could see being duped once, but then falling for the "lover con" twice was just too short-sighted. She must have been very lonely.

One of the commentors noticed--as did I--that Hestia never mentioned having called on God (or Jésus or her Angels) for help. For many of us, that would have been the first thing that crossed our minds...that inward (if not outward) plea for help. But who knows if that would have ceased the "relationships" she had already consented to. They got her through flattery. They found her weak spot...that she was better than others, that she was of a "Higher Place." They gave her a pedestal and she did not hesitate to claim it.

Her story teaches me to be even more wary of spírits. I had always known to watch out for spírits that praise and seduce with words of flattery which are one of man's weaknesses.

And another commentor told of her story of being seduced by these spírits in childhood, and that in her teens she'd read a book that made the incubi and succubi seem like mere "invisible friends" so, she gave in which led to interaction with these beings well into her married life to a point where her husband would have nightmares when she was participating in the otherworldly s*xual activities. I liked the part where she was prayed over by the lady and later felt free and was told how vibrant she looked. I don't care for the Christian tones in her account because the religion did little to keep her on the straight and narrow, thus she isn't the best person to preach about how Christianity keeps the demons at bay--be serious, it hasn't helped her much.

Anyway, so many interesting accounts and a warning to those who would succumb.

Being a survivor of molestation--nothing ongoing like the commentors in the article--I am happy to say that I did not experience incubus actívíty. Although in my adult life there were a few "dream" moments of inappropriate touching of my body and some verbal leering. Worrisome, nevertheless. I shall not sleep well tonight. Yet. I'll have to now do a lot of reading of positive or more distracting topics to forget the spírit perverts and sleep well. I fell asleep while reading the comments and it was an uneasy snooze.

I remember reading a long while back in a book or two about women who had spírit lovers. One story was of a woman who had an ongoing relationship with a male spírit who was her husband from one of her past líves. Another woman was frequently visited by her deceased husband from the current life but when she met a new man, the spírit husband eventually backed off and left her in peace with his blessing, I believe. So, it's not always an unknown incubus or, for men, a succubus that seduces, but spírits from our present or past líves. So, technically, are deceased loved ones (or in the case of abusive spouses, maybe not someone you loved) succubi and incubi? And can a truly good spírit, fall in love with a human and mate with him/her with no intention of being abusive?

One more thing, in my early 20's I met a woman who told me that she frequently had s*x with male spírits and that they came to her bed every night. She was a nice looking woman with a nice figure . . . a confident female. She was very proud of being seduced by these incubi like it was a compliment that they wanted her. From her telling, her experiences were positive, and she was very satisfied and did not want the experiences to end. I remember thinking that she was being foolhardy, and that I didn't want her for a friend nor want stay around her too long for fear that those lustful spírits might try to visit me. Even to this day, I remember her "I'm so special I have spírits wanting me" demeanor. Hmmm...I wonder how she made out with them in the end?

Thanks, Pen....great post!
