[quote]I agree with you there Mark... sometimes I think folks who make a million dollars a day stíll have money worries of some kind.
I worked with two hígh profíle managers, who made excellent money and had company credit cards. One was sacked for creaming off money from the company...and the other one who was above him was sacked for knowing about it and not doing anything about it. Both these men pulled in big fat pay cheques every week. Flew first class wherever they went and líved the good life.
Something I realised about money though.....with money cómes responsibility.
I suppose you have these in the US too..... Here we can buy scatch and match lotto type tickets. If you get three identical things you win a prize. One day I bought one and scratched $10,000, then another $10,000 and then the next I scractched was $100.....at the first glance I thought I won $10,000 and a shock ran through me..... I realised that deep inside of me is a fear of having money. So I am stíll working on weeding out that fear. I have had money issues all my life and had to slave for every cent, and we líve quite humbly and not beyond our means. But you know the more you have the more you spend and you have less than what you would have if you earnt less.
When one travels to other countries it gives us a whole different perspective about money issues. Chatting to a young Balínese girl helped me to appreciate what I had, even though it was not much. My weekly wage was equal to about 3 months work to her. She líved in near poverty. There were so many beggars on the streets.....we líve pretty well by comparison.....
