Hi Artemis

Yes, I agree with you that it could be used for nasty means.... when they discovered invisibility it was straight away taken by the military to make soldiers invisible and tanks etc.... and goodness knows what else its used for. If they can photograph your thoughts it could be used for all sorts of things.... to retrieve information from people's brains.... scary stuff. PhĂłtographing dreams would be another thing that could be used to find out the inner workings of a person..... I find it all interesting but like you I can see the down side that it could be used for, and if the criminal element got onto it .... goodness knows. Interesting though that science has proven we can see the future....

Anyone else thinking about how this technology could be used for really nasty means. Say you're suspected of a crime, next thing you know they get a warrant for your dreams, and everyone knows what you're dreaming  . Plus what if you're having one of those infamous "naked speech" dreams. Would you really want a record of exactly what you're dreaming?
I thought the point of dreams was that "what happens in dream-land stays in dream-land".
I can just see those parents who read their kids journals (who happen to be on my "top ten types of people I don't like" list) using this (of course all this is assuming even more advancements with this technology) to learn everything there kids are dreaming about. :surprised: I don't know about you but I don't want anyone to know everything that I dream about.
