Hi Pen;

I agree with what you are saying. The dárk side of corporations is that the corporate board is a soul less beast. But in the case of the Prostate cure? Somebody probably ran their mouth too soon in excitement over the prospect. Prostate Cancér isn't exactly a huge money maker for the industry. What this sounds like to me is that testing wasn't complete yet, and they discovered a snag. Drúg testing is not as complete in Europe as it is here. A good example would be the Abortion Pill, which is now being removed from shelves in Europe, because it's causing health issues.

Where I see the problem in Cancér Research, is the faílure to include alternative medicines. Have I mentioned that the Cancér Treatment Centers of America, an organization with a very hígh success rate, has included Acupuncture in their treatments? Here is where I hold the medical communíty at fault. They seem to have a problem trying different things. Hence my call for research. By doctors, not big pharma.

You may be right about the Prostate cancer cure.... :Don't know: I remember reading that it had been tested with success and they were going to need time to create a delívery for it on a commercial scale. That was the last I read.

I would not trust big pharma in an iron lung.... It appears to me they are more interested in making money than creating cures.... sick people are walking dollars. They are even trying to shut down and take over the vitamin industry. They have already done so in Europe.... so now if people need vitamins they have to go to the doctor and get a prescription. I could not even buy Melatonin in England without a prescription. I can wander down to our health store and buy it here over the counter and in the US. The next thing they wíll be trying to control the internet where vitamins can be bought onlíne. I keep thinking about big pharma being in the creation of ACTA treaty secretly until it was leaked. I don't like it when people do things like that.

They have clinics like that here too I think Tim.... where cancer sufferers can go to have Reiki, acupuncture and all sorts of alternative things.
