Here I go. I told myself I wasn't going to revisit this thread. But since it did tip me off to things going on behind the scenes, I guess I can explain further. A long time ago, I learned to drop a lot of my suspicious attitude, because not everything bad that happens is due to evil intentions. But if a group has done anything along these lines previously, I remain convinced that suspicion is vindicated. What you mentioned in your post has happened to me as well. More than once. But it wasn't intentional, just an honest mistake, and in my case at least, I received some compensation. But I wouldn't have, had I remained suspicious enough to keep my mouth shut. I'll explain.

They have to test drugs before selling them Pen. At least they do here. We have laws. But those tests are never infallible, and you seem to have a misfortune that  I  do. I've picked up on this from our many conversations on the subject. It's called paradoxial effect ............ to drugs. We're both a type of person who are probably allergic to artificial molecular matrices of the chemical kind. Because if there's a reaction to be had to a given drug, we seem to be far more likely than others to experience it.

It's not meant to be an insidious way of testing by any means. But I hope you reported that reaction none the less. Otherwise it may remain an unknown to their community. It might be a reaction that only happens to something like 0.003% of the population, or something like that. A number very likely to slip through the test net.

I've had several previously unknown reactions to medications in my life, and it's not any fun. It's also just about as trying to explain the reaction to a pharmaceutical company employee, as it is to have the reaction itself. The experience certainly makes a person wish that it was some other person's problem. Do you know that one of those people actually had the audacity to ask me if I would like to be involved in the final phase of drug testing when human subjects are used? They said something about making it worth my while ........... right before I exploded, repeating the words "worth my while" loud enough for the neighbors to hear. As well as a few choice comments ..........image

Now you know why I keep saying they need to do testing on herbs. I don't have those reactions to natural matrices. Supposedly, it will not happen. Those reactions to artificial reproductions can be deadly.

Yes, long since dead. Those cases you mentioned from long ago? Anybody who developed problems from them would have died from said problems years ago. The soldiers who were exposed to radiation would be at least eighty by now. If they were as unhealthy as it would have made them ..........

In cases where people still turn up, like Asbestos for example, class action lawsuits took place long ago. The victims have their medical paid, and they ..... well, their family receives money from just a phone call basically. It's not compensation for losing your life by any means, but once the problem was known, it was addressed. The only cases where iniquities might remain, are in cases where laws had to be passed. That would allow a group of unscrupulous individuals to skate, but at least it has been addressed.

All of this said, now I would like to point out that I believe that issues which ran their course in the past, need to remain in the past. But if somebody wants to dredge them up again, fine. But why right now? We need to focus on some current events that are far more important right now, else unborn people are liable to pay. The reasons for bringing these things out once again would have to be good if a persons bringing them up is important enough to place future generations further at risk of what may happen to them as a result of current events. Hopefully the people involved are not entitleists trying to get in on something, like the fifteen or so thousand people trying to sue for Agent Orange right now that are way too young to have encountered the chemical. It was really hard to find the documents that MIGHT explain what's behind the reemergence of these old cases. I use the plural, because it took multiple documents together before I realized what I might be reading. If it were an honest attempt, would something this serious not be out in the open, and easily found? To me it's obvious that somebody is in desperate need of a major scandal that leads away from where current ones do.

That's my take anyway. I don't believe in hanging people for the mistakes of others. Especially when it happened long ago, and those people were nailed for their deeds. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but as I explained, I have experienced similar things myself. And had I not addressed it, I know I would still be mad. These things should stay in the past. And attorneys need to stop suing people when solid evidence is lacking, because it's nothing more than an unethical way for them to make money. A jury will almost always side with the plaintiff in a lawsuit ....... but what if the circumstantial evidence is misleading? Or contrived? These incidents must never be forgotten, but they really should remain in the past. Or, at the very least, wait for a more appropriate time to address them.
