The very one. It's a huge river:

It's the only river to cut cleanly through the Cascade Mountains, and runs nearly the length of the state after running nearly a thousand miles in Canada. It provides more electricity from just one of its dams, as is generated at the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River, which gets all the publicity for electrical power. It also provides all the irrigation water for three states, all of which are major agricultural states. If they allow it to become contaminated, it's going to affect the entire world, not just the Pacific Northwest, and that's before the waste even enters the sea.

This is why it's such a big deal that one of those tanks is leaking. It would put a major dent in the world food supply, THEN enter the Pacific Ocean, where it would do even more damage. But Obama chose to have the DOE sweep it under the rug. The man seems to insist on being a liability to all mankind.
