More than a month ago my hubby started experiencing terrible pain in his side, so went to the doctor and the doc says its probably your colon, and sent him off to see the colon specialist. No x-rays, no blood tests.... zilch!! smiley: eyes He gave him painkillers for the pain.  So he sees the colon specialist and he says he will make arrangements for him to have a colonoscopy, and tells him to drink some epson salts in water every day.....  The pain was getting worse and the only option was to go to emergency at the hospital.  So early this afternoon we went to emergency.....  At nearly midnight they rang for me to bring in his medications.... and whatever else he needed because they are keeping him in hospital.  Turns out he has a kidney stone.... and an infection which they are treating with antibiotics.... and the surgeon will see him Monday about the kidney stone.   They have given him pain medications through intravenous.... and he is out of pain.  The pain was so bad his face was white as white as a sheet.

My daughter drove me up to the hospital to take his things to him.... and he walked us out.  We were standing out front saying goodbye and a car comes speeding in..... the occupants jumped out of the car leaving lights on and doors open....  They ran to the emergency room glass doors and start bashing on the doors screaming at the top of their voices.....  A young man had a little limp baby in his arms.... it was so upsetting to see.  They were so distraught they didn't see the button to open the emergency doors.  That late at night (it was after midnight) you have to use the button to open the doors, during normal hours the doors open by sensors.

I hope and pray the little baby will be alright.....  I hope it didn't have SIDS.  E282689248b0eb96f0da871c2b23c9cd57575983_s  My heart literally sank when I saw the baby....  What an awful thing for the parents to go through.  05436d272fc0b54ab6b9f175a8bb182cee5c1559_s
